COVID-19 UPDATE
Our office is now open and taking orders via phone or through our secure website. We will endeavor to respond and deliver orders as quickly as possible but please note there may be some delays to deliveries at this time. If you require items urgently, please contact us before placing your order so we can advise if this will be possible.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding Bank holidays) from 9.00am to 5.30pm and usually within 3 working days. You will be contacted prior to delivery to advise of your delivery date. Please include a valid mobile phone number when placing your order.
Delivery charges are calculated depending on your delivery postcode and order value. This will be calculated at the checkout stage before processing your payment.
All Office Chairs and Office Furniture are delivered flat packed and require simple self assembly. Assembly instructions are included. Chairs and furniture can be delivered assembled/assembled on site if required (additional charges may apply).
Delivery is to mainland UK only.
Returns/Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled at any point prior to desptach. For orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' the customer will be required to pay the collection/delivery charge for returning products. Any returns must be confirmed with Home and Office Furniture Ltd beforehand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery. Products that are made or assembled to order are non returnable. We will rectify any items received faulty or damaged or items that develop a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible. We will supply replacement parts where possible and where reasonable for the customer to replace these parts before collecting and replacing a complete chair or furniture item.
All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
