We stock a large quantity of graded furniture and chairs which are usually ex-display, returned items, factory seconds or clearance furniture. Items are graded to their condition.

Items are graded as below:
Grade A
These items are new or very close to new. The box may have been opened or damaged and/or there may be a very minor mark to the item which is generally unnoticeable. These are generally cancelled orders or packaging that has been damaged in transit.
Grade B
There may be some minor scuffs, marks or dents. However, nothing too drastic and nothing that will affect the use of the item. Anything mechanical will be in full working order. The box/packaging may be missing and Items may have been built. These are generally unwanted orders/customer returns or cancelled orders.
Grade C
These items may be slightly more damaged with a chip to the wood or a larger more noticeable dent in the surface of the wood or metal. This may also include scraped paint or an item where missing parts have been replaced. The box/packaging may be missing and Items may have been built. The item will be in full working order.
All items are thoroughly checked to ensure they are in full working order and then assigned to one of the above grades. This allows us to offer fantastic discounts on slightly imperfect products.
